  Insurance programs are available to crew and managers through various payroll deduction programs. Please speak with your restaurant's manager to learn more about these programs.

  50% meal discount when you are working. 25% meal discount when you are not working at any of D&L's Restuarants.

• Advancement Opportunities

  Exceptional performers have the opportunity to advance. The usual progression is from Crew Member to Training Coach, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager.

• Uniforms

  All crew receive free uniforms. Additionally, we offer a $10.00 credit towards safety shoes ordered from our Shoes-For-Crews Program.

• Referral Bonus Program

  Crew members will reeceive a reward for each person you refer for employment who is hired. $25.00 when the person is hired and another $25.00 after the person passes their 30 day review with an expected or better rating. TRAINING & SHIFT MANAGERS receive a reward for each person referred for employment who is hired. $25.00 when the person is hired and an additional $50.00 after the person passes their 30 day review with an expected or better rating.

• Meal Discount

  In Addition to the 25% dicount on meals when you are not working, managers qualify for 2 FREE meals each 8 hour shift.

• Personal/Sick Days

  SALARIED MANAGERS qualify for 5 personal or sick days each year. Unused days are given as a bonus in December at the rate of $100. per day.

• Vacation Pay

  TRAINING & SHIFT MANAGERS qualify for a paid one week vacation after 1 year of service and two weeks of paid vacation after 3 years of service. SALARIED MANAGERS receive 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year and 3 weeks after 5 years.

• Holiday Pay

  TRAINING MANAGERS receive holiday pay on Thanksgiving & Christmas at the rate of $25-$50. SHIFT MANAGERS receive holiday pay on Thanksgiving & Christmas at the rate of $50-$75. SALARIED MANAGERS receive holiday pay on Thanksgiving & Christmas at the rate of $100. Additionally, for the holidays of July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Easter Sunday, salaried managers may take an additonal day off or receive a payout of $100.00 for these holidays.

• Birthday Bonus

  TRAINING MANAGERS receive a $15-$30 bonus, SHIFT MANAGERS receive a $25-$50 bonus, & SALARIED MANAGERS receive a $100 bonus or an additional paid day off.
